At Spurgeons we believe in the power of collaborative partnerships. We know that through partnership work, we can make a very real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.

Working with our partners across the UK has enabled us to help thousands of children and families, to keep our Children's Centres open and free to users. We develop our tools and refine our approach to ensure we are able to give hope to every child and family that needs us.

We value the contribution each of our partners makes to the work we do, and we know that by tailoring our approach we can create bespoke opportunities to fit your needs and reflect your values. We are the ideal charity to partner with if you are looking to feel more involved in giving to a UK focussed charity.

The benefits of partnering with us

Partnerships with Spurgeons offer you many benefits, including:

Project Satisfaction - we will work alongside you, making sure you and your staff have a genuine appreciation for the various projects we support. We want you to feel a real sense of pride and satisfaction from knowing the difference your contributions are making to people's lives.

Staff Morale – you can share regular updates across your organisation to build team spirit and boost morale among your employees, as well as demonstrating your company's morals and ethics to your customers and clients. There may also be opportunities for your staff to visit a project.

Careful Donation Allocation - employees who choose to donate via Give As You Earn do not pay tax on their charitable donation, so they can feel good knowing that their donations will change lives. Your organisation might choose to support a specific Spurgeons project, or we can advise you on where your funds are needed most. We provide a dedicated Account Manager to each of our partners who will work with you to deliver a programme which will engage your staff and customers alike.

Fundraising Fun - getting together to raise funds for Spurgeons is a fantastic way to encourage staff to work together for a common purpose and show that as an employer, you are committed to your staff's development and wellbeing. We will help you to find the right opportunity to suit the skills and talents of your staff, to help them develop their skills and confidence, and to ensure their volunteering experience is positive and fulfilling.

Gifts in Kind - if your organisation is able to offer services or expertise, we will work with you to ensure your time is put to best use – as well as providing your business with tailored opportunities to promote your company and products.

Brand Equity - aligning with one of the UK’s well-established children’s charities provides a strong emotional connection to position your brand with customers. Your brand and reputation will be enhanced by demonstrating a committed Social Responsibility strategy.

Stakeholder Relationships - partnering with Spurgeons demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to creating a better future for the local community. This commitment can play an important role in helping your business to develop and maintain strong relationships with your own stakeholders.

Dedicated Account Management - we will provide you with a dedicated Account Manager to work with you as you develop your company’s relationship with Spurgeons. With vast experience in excellent customer relations, our professional and courteous staff will make each donation easy and efficient.
