There is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Lead to join our team in the Hodge Hill District as part of Birmingham Forward Steps. You will be based at one of the Children’s Centres’ in the district however need to demonstrate a flexibility to work across the district as required to deliver targeted Stay and Play sessions, Bookstart and support with making referrals to other agencies where required.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in the relevant sector.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children and their families to reach their full potential and have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. A car driver and access to a car for work purposes is desirable. Please see the Job description and Person specification for Further details.
