Have you got what it takes to be a Senior Family Support Worker managing our team of Family Support Workers in the West Wiltshire Children’s Centres.

Applicants must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in the relevant sector although a qualification to degree level is desirable.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can provide effective support and guidance to a strong established Family Support Worker team so that they can support our families to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will not hold a caseload.

A car driver and access to a car for work purposes is desirable as the role involves working across Wiltshire.
