Spurgeons would not be here, almost 150 years after it was founded, without the generous support and involvement of churches and Christians across denominations. Over that time, prayer and donations, volunteers and gifts in kind have enabled us to increase the support we can give to vulnerable children and young people.
We value the work of churches in their local communities and have invested in Spurgeons Network to encourage and support Christians working with children, young people and families, linking them to Spurgeons and each other. Read more about the Network here, or go direct to our dedicated Spuregons Network website.
We are so grateful to have regular prayer support and to be able to highlight particular issues that affect Spurgeons and the children, young people and families we work with. Our prayer e-newsletter includes prayer requests for each week and is sent out for the beginning of the month. We would love more people to share this in church or small groups, as well as using it for individual reflection. So please forward Prayer News onto your friends, family or churches. Share this page on your social network sites, and let them know they can sign up!

Our Christmas 2015 Resources for churches are available here.
A resource for children and youth groups to consider the impact that gossip has and what they can do to stop it from spreading. It highlights the story of a young carer, whose challenging life is made doubly difficult by gossip.
