Supporting families in Norwich

Every survivor of domestic abuse, and their family, deserves the right response at the right time, to make them safe, sooner. That's why we're delivering new interventions and ways of working that fill the gaps in the response to domestic abuse, on behalf of SafeLives and the Norfolk County Community Safety Partnership.

Over the next three years, Spurgeons will deliver interventions in Norwich that will create systematic change by meeting gaps in provision. The interventions have been defined and developed with sector-leading domestic abuse services.

We are now seeking exceptional people to establish and deliver this new DVA service for Norwich, in a variety of roles:

  • Service Manager
  • Complex Needs Specialist Community IDVA
  • Community IDVA (2 roles)
  • Engage Case Manager (2 roles)
  • Children and Young People’s Workers (2.5 roles)
  • Skills Enhancer
  • Group Coordinator

  • Business Support Officer

For more information about these roles please contact Leona Sharooni on 01933 412412 or download the packs and job descriptions below.
