At Spurgeons, we are seeking to build flexibility into our workforce and respond to the fluctuating capacity required to manage an Organisation at times of change. We are recruiting to a pool of Interim Managers and Consultants who we can call on for short and medium term assignments, managing commissioning services for children, young people and their families.
We are looking for excellent Managers of Children’s Services, Managers of change, able to work within our culture and values. We want you to get to know Spurgeons ahead of any specific assignment, and we want to begin to build an associate relationship with you.
Spurgeons Associates will be engaged on terms negotiated for specific assignments and will not be employees of Spurgeons.
We are pleased to welcome CVs from candidates seeking to become a Spurgeons Associate and who can match the following credentials:-
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the Children’s Services
- Available to work in the UK
- Enhanced CRB
